When you reserve privately, the experience is entirely yours — your guests, your route, and your soundtrack for a relaxed 5-hour journey through South County wine country. The day kicks off with a champagne welcome and light appetizers, then rolls into a curated tour with music, laughter, and usually singing & dancing between stops.
Private events are ideal for birthdays, corporate team outings, bachelorette parties, anniversaries, client appreciation days, and celebrations of all kinds.
Which Trolley Is Right for Your Group?
Choose the trolley that fits — or book both:
- The Morgan Hill Wine Trolley — our iconic open-air cable car, perfect for sunny afternoons and that classic "wave at everyone downtown" energy. Seats up to 30 guests.
- The White El Toro Trolley — enclosed and elegant, ideal for evenings, cooler months, or a more polished setting. Seats up to 20 guests.
Bigger celebration? Reserve both trolleys together, and we can add black limo buses or vans as needed — so no one gets left off the guest list.
On a budget? Consider our shorter 90-minute Karaoke Trolley experience hosted on our El Toro Trolley.

Do You Coordinate with the Tour Stops?

We partner directly with nearly 20 local wineries throughout South County as well as farms, businesses, and restaurants, so every stop is arranged in advance. Your group is expected, often hosted by the winemakers themselves, your tastings are ready, and no one has to worry about reservations, logistics, or who's driving.
We'll build a route around your group's preferences and handle everything behind the scenes. You just show up and enjoy.
